Privacy Policy

Waitlist information. When you join our waitlist we collect your full name and email address. This is the only personal information we collect voluntarily from you at sign-up.

Payment information. If you purchase a Farhost plan, payment is processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your credit card number, bank account details, or any raw payment credentials on our servers. We receive a confirmation of payment status and your email address from Stripe.

Usage data. We automatically collect anonymized data about how visitors interact with our website, including pages viewed, referral URLs, browser type, and device type. This data does not identify you personally.

We use the information we collect to:

• Contact you about your waitlist position and product updates
• Provision and manage your Farhost subscription
• Send transactional emails (receipts, onboarding, support)
• Improve and optimize our website and services
• Comply with applicable laws and regulations

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your data for automated profiling or advertising targeting.

We rely on the following third-party services to operate Farhost. Each has its own privacy policy.

Stripe. Stripe, Inc. processes all payments. When you check out, you are subject to Stripe’s Privacy Policy. Stripe is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified.

Vercel. Our website is hosted on Vercel, Inc. infrastructure. Vercel may process server logs that include your IP address and request metadata as part of normal hosting operations. See Vercel’s Privacy Policy for details.

NanoCorp Analytics. We use a first-party analytics beacon to count page views. No cross-site tracking or persistent identifiers are used.

Our website uses minimal cookies. Strictly necessary cookies are set to maintain session state (e.g., after checkout). We do not use third-party advertising cookies or fingerprinting technologies.

Stripe may set cookies on checkout pages to prevent fraud and comply with financial regulations. These are outside our direct control.

You can configure your browser to refuse cookies. Note that some functionality (such as the checkout flow) may not work correctly without cookies enabled.

We retain your name and email address for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Waitlist entries that never convert to paid accounts are deleted after 24 months of inactivity. You may request deletion at any time (see “Contact Us” below).

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Opt out of marketing emails (every email includes an unsubscribe link)

We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, and infrastructure provided by Vercel. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.

Farhost is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. If changes are material, we will notify active users by email. Your continued use of Farhost after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
