Terms of Service

Farhost provides software tools for short-term rental property management, including dynamic pricing, guest messaging automation, and cleaning coordination (“Services”). Access to the Services requires a paid subscription.

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

• Use the Services to violate any applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform or related systems
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the software
• Resell or sublicense access to the Services without our written consent
• Use the Services in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair our infrastructure

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

To access the Services you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or any entity you represent.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information, violate these Terms, or engage in fraudulent activity.

Farhost subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis. All prices are stated in US dollars and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise noted.

Billing cycle. Your subscription begins on the date of your first successful payment and automatically renews each month at the then-current rate unless cancelled.

Payment processing.Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. By providing payment information you authorize us to charge the applicable subscription fees to your payment method. Stripe’s terms of service apply to payment processing.

Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months unless required by applicable law.

Price changes.We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with at least 30 days’ notice. Continued use of the Services after the effective date of a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

Taxes. You are responsible for all applicable sales, use, or similar taxes arising from your use of the Services.

All content, software, and technology comprising the Farhost platform are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by US and international intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.

You retain ownership of any data or content you upload to the platform. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process that data solely to provide the Services to you.

Service “as is.”THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

No revenue guarantee. Farhost does not guarantee any specific revenue, occupancy rate, or financial outcome from use of our dynamic pricing or other features. Past performance data shown on our website is illustrative and not a guarantee of future results.

Third-party platforms. We are not affiliated with Airbnb, Vrbo, or any other listing platform. Changes to third-party APIs or policies may affect our Services, and we are not responsible for any resulting disruption.

Uptime. While we strive for high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Services. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages, or other factors may cause downtime.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL FARHOST BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO FARHOST IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100).

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Farhost and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for violation of these Terms, with or without notice. You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and ceasing use of the Services.

Upon termination, your right to access the Services ends immediately. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive (including Sections 5–7 and 9–10) will continue to apply.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services will be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association’s Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration will take place in Delaware. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court with jurisdiction.

You waive any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Farhost.

We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on this page with a new effective date. If changes are material, we will notify you by email. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance.
